Fat and Phat

Daddy and mommy took me to the vet today. My carrier has always been a bit tight, but it did seem tighter than usual. Mommy had a hard time shoving me in, especially since I was playing dead.


In addition to murdering my tapeworm, I had a physical and some blood work done. I passed my blood test but I got in trouble for gaining weight. 1.5lbs in 6 months is supposedly bad. I used to be bulimic... But mommy found me a food combination I can keep down so I don't vomit as often as I used to. Is it also possible that the tapeworm weighs 1.5 pounds?


Speaking of vomit I coughed up a hairball this morning as you can see by the gunk on my paw. It was on mommy's paw too since it was on our bed and she stuck her hand in it when she was getting out. Bwahaha.

Yesterday I saved mommy's life. She thinks it's her Starbucks addiction but I think it was this phat cat. Mommy had to go to grandmas by 10am so she was going to catch the 9:30 bus to get there just in time. She was taking the day off from work and was planning on sleeping in, but I didn't let her. So she woke up earlier than planned and decided to take the bus before so that she can stop by Starbucks. Turns out some stupid 21 year old that lost control speeding ran over the bus stop at 9:30 killing a guy that was waiting for the bus mommy was originally planning on taking. I think mommy owes me a whole bag of greenies for saving her life. Oh wait ... I'm on this stupid diet now. Boo.

Tapeworm Year 2

Yeah I got it again. Fleas are immune to frontline I guess.

Anyways we were under the impression that tapeworm segments when found were dead. Mommy plucked one off and put it in a baggie to take to the vet on Friday and it started moving!!! She looks like she's about to puke or cry....

Retaliation

While Mommy was brushing me today she saw a flea crawling on my privates. She tried to catch it but I was too squirmy and it got away. So she filled up the bathtub and threw me in it!!! She got in with me and sat down and scrubbed me with shampoo and conditioner. She used hers...I hope i don't get sick. I was really good this time. I didn't make her bleed!

I even made mommy think i wasn't mad at her.

But inside I was pissed. So this is how I got back at her. Mommy wasn't happy. Ha!

Warning to all cats

Stay away from this thing...



I think mommy brought this evil thing home since I went into the bathroom this morning while she was getting ready for work, meowed at her, and coughed up a huge messy fur ball on a pile of clothes. She had to clean it up and ended up being late for work. I don't like the furminator at all and kept running away from it...but it kept saying "I'll be back" and finding me.






This thing kept attacking me! I think mommy got this to make a clone of me to replace me. I see it forming right in front of my eyes. I'm scared.




Message from mommy:
Don't believe him. On a serious note I have been having a difficult time finding a brush that works on him and his super fine undercoat. This is the 7th brush I purchased and it works the best so far but it's very static-y and messy. I had to run around catching the chunks flying around since zero likes to eat his own fur. Even pulls them out of brushes. Grrr. What do you recommend for long haired cats that's not so messy to use?
